How Elitone URGE Works

With overactive bladder, the nerves can mistakenly tell the bladder to contract before it is full. That creates a sudden urge to urinate and may lead to leaks.

Elitone URGE uses gentle neuromuscular stimulation to help calm the nerve signals involved in urgency and urge leaks. Treatment is external, comfortable, and designed to fit into daily life.

How to Use Elitone URGE

Typical use is 4–5 times per week for 6–12 weeks.

1. Place the GelPad externally against your skin, in the perineal area, as directed in the User Manual.
2. Connect the GelPad to the small handheld controller.
3. Turn on the controller and increase the intensity to the highest level that is comfortably tolerable.
4. Get dressed and continue your normal routine.
5. After 20 minutes, the treatment ends automatically.

Each GelPad can be reused until it loses its stickiness. Many women use each GelPad multiple times.

Important Safety Information

Do NOT use Elitone URGE if you:

• Are pregnant or attempting to become pregnant
• Have an electronic implant, such as a pacemaker or implanted defibrillator
• Have heart problems
• Have active cancer, epilepsy, or cognitive dysfunction
• Have had pelvic floor surgery within the last 6 weeks
• Have complete denervation of the pelvic floor
• Have a history or symptoms of urinary retention, extra-urethral incontinence, or overflow incontinence

Elitone URGE is not recommended if your only symptom is stress urinary incontinence — leaking when you cough, laugh, sneeze, or exercise — without sudden urgency.

What are GelPads?
GelPads deliver the stimulation to the correct area of the body. They are gentle on skin, reusable, and should be replaced when they lose stickiness.

Do I need to shave?
Most women do not need to shave or wax. Trimming may help improve skin contact if needed. The GelPad is designed to be gentle and should not pull hair when removed.

Are there side effects?
The most common side effect is mild skin irritation. This usually improves by taking a short break from treatment. Read the User Manual before use to understand proper placement, operation, and precautions.
